There are people on this Forum who are enthusiasts, people who actually work on the railway, people like myself who have retired and spent their working life on the railway and people who are very much involved in the Heritage railways.
But whoever we are and whatever our interests are, we all have a huge interest in Railways past and present and indeed the future.
This is an extremely good forum with very nice people, we have very few problems and we have a good Admin staff who oversee what is going on.
We like to welcome all new members from any part of the world not just the UK, and we have a section for "Railways of the world".
Also it is only good courtesy to welcome new members and make them feel at home and welcome, that is the main thing of this site... welcoming, friendly and easy to get on with members regardless of how long they have been involved.

Welcome again, enjoy..Look forward to your posts.

Looks like 48111 came up with what I wanted to say, so I'll just say Hello Bcousins and a warm welcome to the forum.

Regards 62440.
