Rail crash driver dies in river (BBC News)
A train driver who had his manslaughter convictions overturned following a rail crash in which five people were killed dies in a river accident.

Eeeeooo spooky; not quite 20 years to the day, but not far off.
I think most railwaymen/women always felt alot of sympathy for him - there but for the grace of God go all of us. You only have to take your eye off the ball for a few seconds....and it could turn to disaster. I hope the media doesn't drag it all up again and cause distress to his family and those of the victims. It should all have been put to bed when his conviction was overturned. |
