First Great Western HST onboard entertainment
has anyone seen the new (ish) onboard entertainment in HST's (only in coach D) here is a vid of it in action! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbfnZL2NL6k
it seems like a good idea but it will probably be vandalised within two weeks of being installed i have already heard stories of them not working for some. any views? |

I a chance to have a go on one of these about a month ago, must say one good thing is it has a little map that moves with your train on it to show where you are. Like the maps you get on transatlantic flights. It also offers tv shows, but unfortunaetly no live TV.

Sorry all but I hope we can be allowed to book seats in the quiet coach if thing gets a hold.
Its already bad with constant mobiles, ipods and the like. Train travel is civilised and relaxing - or it should be - watching the ever changing scenery. Do we have to be continually bombarded with digitalised intrusions
