Hey
Hey. I found this site on Google and figured I'd sign up. I've not posted on any forums much for a while, but having a soft spot for the railways I figured I'd sign up and try contribute to the discussions.
I'm not really a huge expert on the subject, my knowledge extends to a basic understanding of how TOPS works, I'm 20 years and often busy working so I don't have tonnes of time spare these days, but this seems like a fairly friendly place so.  Anyway, just figured I'd say hey.

Hi Danny, welcome to the forum. There are a lot of members who don't know a lot about railways but have a soft spot for them. Although I worked on a railway, my knowledge of British railways was very limited until I joined this site. It is those with the soft spot who later become the ones with the knowledge to pass on when old gits like me have gone to the big railway in the sky where all trains run on time and never breakdown or run out of steam.
