The Helston Branch, Cornwall.

The group working to reopen part of the Helston Branch are making steady progress. They have track down and hope to have enough done by the end of May to be able to make demonstration runs.

The platform and bays have been dug out. They now need a left hand point to lay track into the bays.

Attached are a couple of photos of progress and a model of the station area, taken10.4.2008.

The present work is concentrated on the Travarno Estate so that people visiting the Gardens can see progress.
