Rail lines close for maintenance (BBC News)

Buses replace trains in Norfolk as four lines close for major repairs to tracks, sleepers and junctions.

What is Nitwit rail supposed to do?

They close the lines for maint and they get slated, yet when a train derails and people get hurt they get slated for poor management and shoddy railways.

They are damned if they do and damned if they don't.
