My search

Hi, my sisters and I are tracing our family tree and we have been given this oil painting of a relative - all we know is that he was "something" to do with The Stockton & Darlington Railway. We have traced relatives back (so far) to the Stockton area with a husband & wife being born in 1813 & 1821 respectively. Can anyone put a name to our "Unknown Relative" please? Thank you.
