Help needed please!

Hi, I'm here under false pretences, as I am not a railway enthusiast myself, but my husband is, and it's his 40th Birthday in November. I thought I would take him away for the weekend, and am looking for a railway themed holiday cottage that sleeps 6 and takes pets (not much to ask I know!). I was looking for either a converted waiting room, station house etc, and preferably somewhere that also overlooks a railway line. Does anyone know of any websites that might provide options, or of any cottages that might fit the bill (preferably in the Shropshire/Mid-Wales area). Since he's also an aeroplane enthusiast, then if there is somewhere that is close to an airfield or under a flight path as well then that would be perfect!! Any help gratefully appreciated! Thanks. JJ

Hello and welcome to the forum. The Llangollen Railway converted part of it's station building at Berwun to a holiday cottage. It sleeps six, but the website doesn't mention if they take pets, so you may want to get in touch with them to find out. For details follow the link below.
