if network rail really wants to reduce crime they got to be harsher on people for EG:kids under 16 have to be with an adult at all times in railway property(stations).
and as ive heard in magazines i think personally train enthusiasts should have a special pass to prove there only doing there hobby.

and as for 'fatalitys' i think all stations should have which some underground stations do,where they have barriers and only when and only,the train pulls in the doors open,and if enthusiasts got a pass to prove there enthusiats we can go to an open bit of the platform to view and and take pics of trains.
