Hi Tonga,
Don't know a lot about ships, the only one I ever sailed on was the Edinburgh Castle. Sailed from Cape Town to Southampton in 1969. She was a good ship to travel on. Although she was old by then, she was still in very good condition. Well the parts the passengers could see were in good nick. Syd |

Thank you all for your kind welcome; to answer some of the qustions, No at the moment I am not in Nuku'alofa, but that is where my heart is so I will exerecise some poetic licence and place my flag there. Ships and Trains are indeed something special, but one needs real photographic ability to try and capture the memories, sadly in the 1960's there was not the availablity (or in my case the ability) so a world of lost opportunities.
