Hello from Steve McEvoy in the USA

Early in my career, I worked for the New Haven, Penn Central and Long Island Railroads. I first worked as a Signal Tower Operator and Train Director, and then as a Transportation Engineer. For the last 30 years, I have worked for an engineering firm that provides professional operational and engineering services to railroads throughout the USA.

I am a member of the National Railway Historical Society and am actively involved with the SoNo Switch Tower Museum in South Norwalk, Connecticut. I have written three books, one of which is "The Classic Railway Signal Tower - New Haven Railroad S.S.44 / Berk."

I am very interested in reading about foreign railroading.

Steve

You folk are very nice. Since my wife still has the credit cards in hand, I still have to work. I will try to stay in touch and be involved as much as I can.
