Hello, first post
Just joined and have a question, a friend of mine gave me this and told me it came off a railway sleeper ! I have no ideas - anybody else have any clues ?
My main interest is N gauge GWR. SCGD 4 GAS V 9" 0 That's a bit clearer �� Last edited by Railroader; 24th March 2015 at 11:42. Reason: To illustrate wording !

Hi Railroader and welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy.
It looks like a gas line identifying sign that runs at 9' away from the sign. It may well have been attached to a sleeper; however its more likely to have been attached to a post by the track. Maybe another member may shed some additional light on this item. All the best Phil
