Stapleford 10 1/4" gauge Open dates in 2014

The Friends of the Stapleford Miniature Railway will once again be operating the 10 1/4 gauge railway twice for the public in 2014 as part of charity steam rallies
Both events support LOROS the local hospice and Ravenstone model railway supplies will be at both events
The historic railway was first constructed in 1958 and runs for nearly 2 miles around scenic parkland featuring a replica of Box tunnel and inclines as well as a fleets of British North American and East African steam locos

Stapleford Park is 4 miles to the East of Melton Mowbray Leics LE14 2SF








The first event will be over the Saturday and Sunday 14th 15th June
Gates open 10-00 with first train out 10-00 till tea time both days






The second event takes place over the 3 day end of August BH Sat-BH Monday again first train out at 10-00 till tea all 3 days

It is hoped to have the NKP Berkshire back for this event after its 2 1/2 year major overhaul
