A New way of Ticketing in Rail Transport

Yes NextAgent is stepping ahead to evovle the new ticketing system, where it plans to locate all operators at one place and let them interact with customers the high defination screens at the stations. Let us hope this ticketing system with mighty machine works for the coming generatoins.

Will you agree with this if it is done only for the sake of cutting staff and introducing technology in to the transportation systems?
