Default Alion has won a $10m contract to study human performance in rail

Alion Science and Technology has won a $10m contract from the US Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) to study human performance in rail operations and maintenance.

See http://www.railway-technology.com/ne...sing-accidents

What do you think... good investment or bad? In my book it's nothing but good seeing as though the FRA has already hepled to reduce more than 50% of accidents since 2005, that is an incredible statistic and has obviously made a massive difference.
