I wonder if the driver of this bus expressed disbelief when he read about the incident in South Wales yesterday? First Bus aren't having much luck at the moment.

The dispatcher should have known that any bus going from Nailsea to Backwell has to be a Single-Decker. In Bristol we have a lot of drivers from the E.U. and they don't all know the routes. Some have very little English, so I'm not surprised at this accident. In fact I am surprised that it has taken so long for it to happen.
