Unfortuntely, I've had so many cab rides over the years that I can't remember each and everyone!

I do, however, recall my first ever cab ride and that was 37038 at the East Lancs Railway in September 2000. It was my brother driving (payed £10 for a driver experience thing-a-ma-bob) and I went along for the ride!

Admittingly, 90% of my cab rides have been at the ELR with the odd one or two being on another preserved railways. The ONLY mainline cabride I had was in a DVT between Macclesfield and Stockport! 86259 was the loco 'shoving' on the rear.

The last cab ride I had was 40145 at the ELR in March (on the back of a train from Heywood to Bury with 50008 at the business end). The driver, was feeling rather lonely sat at the back on his tod so I kept him company! lol
