Happy new year to you all, My name is Jerry and i've just stumbled onto this rather interesting site.

My interest in trains started at about 3 years of age when I was aloud to see my dads Hornby Dublo layout, since then i've grown up, (kind of) and have a son of my own that likes trains, he drags me out of bed at 7:00 on a damp cold Saturday morning to see a steam trains passing us in Gratham.

Also with my dads interest not only in steam trains but his involvement with all UK railway companies I thought i'd better show some interest too, so here I am.

I will post some pictures, ask some questions and hopefully provide some information in the future.
