Second visiting loco for the North Norfolk Railway Spring Steam Gala (14-16 April) has been confirmed as Bagnall 0-6-0ST No.401 'Vulcan' from the North Tyneside Steam Railway, joining the previously announced visitor, No.34028 'Eddystone', plus Nos.564, 76084 & 92203 from the home fleet.
