I see that one of our team whacked a tree near Ashwell & Morden the other day. Rather odd since most trees that could blow down already have. The train only suffered superficial damage, so given how fragile they are it must have been a low speed bash. The line has been cleared now, fortunately.
I was gonna go out on the motorsickle today, but 45mph winds made that too risky. We went by car instead, and couldn't go through the back roads at Whittlesey as the fields ard now a giant lake. I've honestly never seen so much water inland.
These are strange times indeed.
