Inquiry finds speeding train that threw passengers from seats 'almost' overturned
This has happened several times at Peterborough now, sounds like a badly designed signalling arrangement?

Mind you, if we ever get ERTMS this should become impossible as the Train Protection System will warn the driver, and if they don't comply it will stop the train.
