I must say, it appears that investigations down under are quite thorough. In my traffic cop days I was nearly taken out by a bobbin of heavy duty electrical cable which was not properly secured on the back of a truck, and detached itself in my general direction,,,, I was on a motorcycle. My response therefore, is that freight should be thoroughly secured and double cross checked.
