I've always know the people of Japan are very respectful of all around them. That includes people, company and equipment. Passengers are also respectful and value the cleanliness around them and in thier environment.
Its all about attitude and sadly in our lovely country, its seriously lacking.
As for H&S well I guess we do excell in that area.
