I don't personally have any footage of the sort of thing you're looking for, but here are some questions.
1) Does it specifically have to be an American loco/train in an American location, or is the style more important than 'correctness' ?
2) What sort of format & quality are you looking for from the source material ?
3) Are you looking for amateur footage, or are you prepared to pay for library material ?
