Ecclesbourne Valley Railway Steam Gala 4th-6th May
All set for three days of steam at Wirksworth this Weekend.

Collett Tank has arrived safely after a tour of Derbyshire, hence the night shot of the unloading! Gauging trials and coaching stock run successfully completed See attached photos. Note platform extension at Duffield in wood!

AB 0-4-0ST "Henry Ellison" to be launched into traffic tomorrow - Saturday. Three locos in steam all three days: 5643 plus both AB 0-4-0STs.

Hope to see you over the weekend. Driving all three days on the incline.
