What I'm going on is the Pantograph that collects the electric is identical and considering other forms of current collection it's too heavyweight for high speed use so doubtful it's a train

I think therefore it's Rio de Janeiro's surviving tram line is 1000 mm gauge (the other shut down in 2011 after an accident damaged it's trams and track again)

it's called the Estrada de Ferro do Corcovado

It began operation in 1884 using steam and was electrified in 1910.
