The first and last bus to Saltsjöbaden arrives Neglinge at 03:14
and the accident happened before that (I know It says 3.25 but that was the time when they realised someone had stolen a train. The accident happended at 02:38
And that bus probably didn't reach its final destination because of all the rescue vehicles.
