An interesting experiment. One obvious distraction is the reflection, which shows the interior and other occupants of the carriage – an unfortunate result of the double glazed windows in modern rolling stock. Any way you can find to minimise that would be hugely beneficial; perhaps some kind of box screen around the lens? Then there is the angle. This film is shot directly at 90° out of the window, which I think is a bad idea. If the camera could be angled more to the front it would produce a much more interesting result, as lineside objects would come into view at a reasonable speed, allowing them to be recognised before disappearing. With the side-on view everything is just a blur. As for the soundtrack – I rather like it; I'm kinda into chillout music at the moment!
