Actually one of the LNER built D11/2 "Scottish" Directors, soon to be modelled by Bachmann.
I think Luckie Mucklebackit was a character in one of Sir Walter Scott's Novels. The loco itself had a rather inglorious end as a stationary boiler providing central heating for the Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh, see photo in "Robinson Locomotives - A Pictorial Survey" by Haresnape and Rowledge.
