Drivers and trainmen had narrow lapels to their jackets, whilst revenue staff e.g. conductors, guards, ticket office had double breasted jackets. They would also have had Thames and Chiltern ties, Purple and a lighter purple thin diagonal stripe with Thames and Chiltern written on the bottom.............I think
