That only lists 20 locos in total.
On the point of using mark 1 vehicles, there will be some difficulty in getting good quality stock. Since withdrawal six years back many have been stored in a terrible condition.
Some of the oldest mark 1s are getting on for 60. Only the younger ones would be any good. Mark 2s however are a different story.
i know for a fact that GCR (N) has quite a lot of air conditioned stock hanging around, and the same for many other sites.
