Hello, my name is Nick i thought id introduce myself. Ive become somewhat of a train enthusiast over the past year or so. Im fortunate enough to work for Amtrak as a Machinist at the Ivy City yard in Washington DC. Very interesting work. Our fleet consists of mainly our P42 diesels and older P32s, along with our electric AEM7's and HHPs. If theres any questions you guys would like to know or if you need a picture of somthing let me know and ill see what i can do. Im looking forward to learning more about the history of the railroad on here aswell.
