I have been a rail enthusiast ever since I can remember, travelling the UK with my father as a young boy and spending many an evening on Bescot station in the 70's.
Had another dabble at spotting in the 90's as a member of Midland railfans with my Dad and even a trip to Belgium with STARS which was most enjoyable.
These days I spend a lot of time travelling on the train but not as a spotter (although often tempted), my young boy loves the trains and we often visit our local station in Liskeard. I am now getting interested in photography. Pleasant surprise last weekend when we saw Duchy Express - 6024 steamer run thro to Par from Exeter.
Thought i'd join the forum to see whats happening and maybe share some photo's although I am having a problem uploading most of them as the size is too big!!!
