Have always been interested in British Steam,doing all my spotting in the early to late sixties around North of England Crewe, got to Barry Scrapyard in 1970,never recovered from that really. Preservation movement in Britain is fantastic! I am a member of ELR and have just come down from riding behind the Duke and Cromwell double headed on Saturday last absolutely exhilarating!! we are so lucky.... Regards to all on the Forum
