Yes i agree with no small job but if it was on the main line it would been cleared up long before now.

We had a similar derailment in Newton Abbot a few years ago a HST the third car left the tracks the power car plus the second car broke free I cant remember how many derailed but it was a few and no one was killed or injured.
Two big cranes like those in the picture were brought down and within a couple of days the line was open again.
I was on duty the day after it happened for 12 hours on a class 37 right next to the race course.
