Unfortunately I have not still got my "combined" from 1995 but maybe this will help;
On the West Coast (Springs Branch, Wigan) on Saturday 7th January, the parcels train consisted of;
Loco 86247; vans 94101, 94102, 94105, 92562, 92547, 92344, 92755.
On the 14th; Northbound, Loco 86426; vans 94211, 94203, 95134, 94206, 94200, 92876
Southbound; Loco 47781, vans; 92804, 92136, 92347, 93801, 92798, 92398.

These trains usually had nine vans but one spotter can only get so many when they are passing at 70mph !

I hope this helps you.
PS I think the DVT's were introduced in 1994-6 as NAA's converted from earlier vehicles by Hunslet Barclay at Kilmarnock.
