If you join UKRail, you'll get constant updates to this and lots of other stuff as well. Be warned though - you'll get a HUGE amount of emails.
Largely speaking, there's not many loco-hauled routes now; some Euston-Birmingham & v/v, Cardiff-Taunton & v/v, Cardiff-Holyhead & v/v (one each way per day), Penzance/Paddington sleepers, Scotland/Euston sleepers, London-Norwich & v/v, and a few I'm not sure of in Scotland. Ithink that's about it, mabe a couple I don't know about.

I've just checked - the Scottish workings are on the Edinburgh/Fife Circle route, and I'd forgotten the Wrexham/Marylebone class 67 hauled services, also class 57/3 are operating the Workington emergency shuttle service.
