That's the way I read it John. No more little Hitlers demanding we delete our photos. It say "Officers do not have the power to delete digital images or destroy film at any point during a search" twice in the text and "Journalistic material and should not be viewed without a Court Order".
I have printed off some copy which I have placed into my camera cases
