20% !!! how can they justify that, is it to fill the fat cats bowl with more cream and what a time to announce this when everyone is struggling to pay everything else that has gone through the roof. It will not be worth First passengers to go to work in future because they won`t have anything left to pay their fare to go to work on their trains.
