Greetings from across the pond!
Hi there, I'm Jim. 28 year-old guy living right outside Philadelphia, not far from Amtrak's famous Northeast Corridor, and I thought I'd join the forums. I've been looking for a decent forum-site, and it looks like I found it.
Trains have been in my family for years, having a grandfather who worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad as a brakeman many years ago.
I, of course, have always been a fan of HO scale trains, and, naturally, my interests have shifted to European and Asian models. It figures I'd be the one in the family to have expensive tastes!
