This has been done to all of Virgin West Coast's 221s (certainly 221101 and 102 have been done as well, they're the only ones I've been on in recent times with the modifications) to my knowledge.

This coach, FYI, has also moved from its original location to being between coach D and First Class. Two reasons:

1) To be closer to the shop

2) So it can be next to the exisiting First Class and be used as a First Class vehicle on the London Euston to North Wales workings with VWC. When the 221s are on Birmingham New Street to Scotland workings, it is used as Standard Class accommodation.

This was done because apparently the First Class provision was inadequate prior to this on the North Wales services. Although I would be disapproving of it if I had paid for a First Class Open Return (or whatever it is now!) and got that coach!
