I was at the ELR today with my brother, the tickets cost £17.50 (Paid by Visa, no idea the ELR took chip & pin, saved me going out in the rain to find a cash machine
) for two returns to Rawtenstall.
We had a good day and I'm about to put a few pictures up but thanks for that info, it's cleared up for me the difference between adult return / day rover I think!
PS. I'm not sure but was that you today who suggested we "Could stay on board if we wanted to sit in the sidings for two hours?"
My brother nearly wanted to take you up on the offer considering the rain.
