I'm toying with the idea of using Kadees on my DMU fleet of 142, 155, 156, 158 and 170s but is there an issue with Hornby curves?
The idea would be using something like No.5 couplings but I am concerned that, being box fitted as opposed to bogie fitted, they may not get around 1st and 2nd radius curves.
Also, as I will have to use above board magnets, due to my decision to use under-board sidings to save space, will they interfere with the standard hook and bar couplings on my coach and wagon fleets.
Would I be best using these couplers on my Lima HST fleet?
