So management can do exactly as it wants.
The working conditions railway employees enjoy were hard fought for over many years.
It is not Bob Crow decides on strike action but the membership.
And would be the case with ASLE&F.(can't remember general secs name)
I have been a trade Union member all my working life (left school 1965) & have been on strike once(one day)when I was a member of ASLE&F
