People nowadays are lazy, to the extent that they don't even want to do their own thinking. If they're going to drive straight onto a railway track I would question whether they should be in possession of a driving licence at all.

Seriously though this mindless behaviour costs millions, and perhaps BTP/NR should seek to recover some of the cost personally off the perpetrators (NOT their Insurance companies).
