Exactly it just takes them to apply / tender for the contract them selfs to make it fare.

The way they could garuntee the contract is to put in a zero tender then they don't have to pay out anymoney to run it which would give us new trains on Merseyrail Norhern & Wirral Lines at least if Merseytravel where to do it.

As this is what i would do if i was in charge of Merseytravel strip serco of there franchsie for the way they treat passengers and the fallen reliabilty and the fact that the wheel problem was there own silly fault and take on the Merseyrail franchise on a zero tender.

Which with the money given to Merseytravel by the tax payer buy some new trains built up six cars with one car on each unit 4 dedicated Cycle Spaces 2 dedicated wheel chair spaces and 2 pram spaces all on one side of the carrage andwith bench seats on the other no tip up seats in the areas of the spaces.

The spaces on the layout of the 507/8 units will be simmler but as said one carrage for cycles prams and wheels chairs and where there are currently spaces seats would be put there.

Buty nobdy at Serco or Meresytravel has thought of things like this as they are too busy thinking about SAVING & MAKING MONEY for them selfs.
