Weed killer train

Does anyone know why and how the ex BR weedkiller train ended up in Belgium? I believe it was operated by Chipman rail when it was in the UK, it consists of ex BR MK1 coaches and 45ton 2 axle tanks...

I agree with that Trev but its all going plastic over there now with hardly any of the older hauled stock and virtually no diesel haulage, the new trains do put us in the dark ages though.
