No-one was hurt Squeaky88. The train crew stopped the train after they noticed the driver had nodded off.

I don't know much about modern electric trains but surely the train must have had dead-man controls.

I belive the system in Taiwan is similar to some high speed lines in Japan and that the trains can be controlled remotely....that aside I still don't think I would like to be on a Bullet train without a driver, I'm bad enough on the DLR! :)
