The preferred site for a rail-freight hub in Lincolnshire is put out for public consultation.

Most of the traffic in that area seems to be reefer trailers so they are much better suited to railfreight - especially with the distances they have to move across Europe. Thats got to be good news for the UK roads and environment generally.
