Severn Valley Railway

Looking at going up there this Saturday now I was wondering if any persons new if the 10.25 from Kidderminster Diagram is or will be worked by a DMU as it does say in there time table that Services may be operated by a DMU.

I does look a bit confusing John they have got an X timetable due to engineering work and the way i read it as a DMU service i maybe wrong mind you.

I have just looked at the 2010 leaflet which shows service to Highley due to engineering work. There is a footnote which says any train may be a DMU. This might just be a cover due to Bridgnorth being cut off. ccmmick suggestion of a phone call seems a wise move.

Why not leave it a week and go to the Spring Steam Reunion when the whole line will be open

Well TBH DMUs are my thing so it would be ideal and as I cannot see any other Railways with DMUs in use on this weekend and as its easy enough to get to from Warringtion I think pot luck would be the way to go.

Do the KWVR still have a DMU diagram? Keighley is a bit easier to get to from Warrington, and if you are lucky the 4 wheel railbus is Hellfire!
